Gate Access
Key Fob. Each house will be provided with two key fobs that when touched to the EVO will open the gate. Additional fobs available upon request.
Windsheild/Headlight RFID sticker. Each house will be provided two radio frequency stickers to attach to vehicle. The gate will automatically open when the vehicle approaches. Instructions for how to apply the sticker to your vehicles will be provided. Additional tags will be available upon request.
Smart Phone app. Each homeowner will receive an email to onboard to the EVO smartphone app for iOS and Android. This app allows for smartphone control of the gate, and also allows receives video calling from guests at the gate. Landlines may also be used to receive call from gate and grant access.
Guest Tags. Homeowners may purchase tags for guests, contractors or renters that hang from a rear view mirror. Cost will be $20

Gate Usage and Policies
UPS/FEDEX/DHL as well as FIRE/EMS/POLICE will be provided entry access.
For deliver services like pizza, etc, the delivery driver will call you from the gate. Access may still be granted via landline or mobile phone with or without EVO smartphone app. Homeowners can provide multiple contact numbers.
Rental properties can request hanging RFID tags. For check-in, the renter will call homeowner or responsible agent for access.
Contractors can call from gate keypad and you may grant access, or you may request a hanging tag.
When riding a bicycle or walking, you can use your smartphone, request an RFID tag, use the keyfob, or call for access from the keypad.
Each home can have up to 8 contact phone numbers, both mobile and landline. When called from the gate, the system will call the provided numbers sequentially until someone answers to allow or deny access.
Keypad codes be assigned. These are considered must less secure than other access methods. Please complete the following form to be grated an access code:
