Mountain Living Surrounded by Wildlife and Open Space

IN BEAUTIFUL SUMMIT COUNTY COLORADO

About the Ranch

Ruby Ranch is a unique community located at the foot of the Gore range near the town of Silverthorne, Colorado. Summit County is located high in the Colorado Rockies, at approximately 9000 feet. It is known as Colorado's playground because of the numerous outdoor activities that the area provides. The county is home to four major downhill ski areas: Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin, as well as Nordic skiing areas in Frisco and Breckenridge. The county also has two reservoirs, Dillon and Green Mountain, which are popular for boating and fishing. Hiking and biking trails are numerous and spectacularly beautiful.

Our Community

We are a community of neighbors working together to protect Ruby Ranch’s wildlife and rural setting while providing residents with a peaceful mountain lifestyle. Our self-governed district assures the provision of reliable and efficient services, well-maintained common areas, and ample opportunities for social and volunteer activities. We are proud to live in what some have called “a small National Park” amidst the amenities and conveniences of the Silverthorne and Summit County, Colorado region.

Location:

Ruby Ranch is conveniently located 2 miles north of I-70 just off Colorado Highway 9. Although it borders the Eagles Nest Wilderness and feels remote, it is only 1 hr and 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 1 hr and 45 minutes from DIA.
