Road Maintenance and Snow Removal Services
The Willow Brook Metro District funds the maintenance of the over seven miles of Ruby Ranch Roads. The portion of Ruby Road from Smith Ranch to the “T” at the barn was paved in 2020 as it is the most traveled portion of the ranch roads. The remaining roads are mostly recycled asphalt. These unpaved roads are often treated with mag chloride to address dust created by traffic.
Road Maintenance
The Ranch Manager handles regular maintenance on the roads. If you have request regarding road maintenance such as pot holes, please complete a work order service request.
Snow Removal
Ruby Ranch roads are plowed when the snowfall is 3 inches or greater. Generally our Ranch Manager will take care of the plowing but an outside contractor will be used for larger snowfalls. Please review the following documents regarding snow plow policies and priorities.
