Ruby Ranch Property Rental Regulations
As of 2020, Summit County has begun limiting and regulating Short Term Rental Licenses. Owner’s wishing to rent their properties must meet guidelines applicable to unincorporated Summit County properties. Please find the links to County regulations below as well as additional guidelines set forth by Ruby Ranch Owner’s Association. If you have any questions, please contact RROA, or specically the Rental Committee of the RROA.
